Adopting the pressure method of the US ASTM standards! A gas chromatograph is used for the separation and detection of permeable components.
The "GTR-11/31" is a gas permeability measurement device that adopts the ASTM method (pressure method) to separate and detect permeating components, utilizing the versatility of gas chromatography.
Components separated in the column are detected using a thermal conductivity detector. The amount of permeation for each component is determined from a pre-established calibration curve, allowing for the calculation of permeability and permeance.
With this device, you can widely apply it to testing packaging materials for food and pharmaceuticals, research on separation membranes and enrichment membranes, as well as in the research and development sectors for fibers, synthetic chemicals, and resins.
